Agreement and service
By using Everette Affiliate, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you cannot legally agree to them, do not use the submission, account, or payment features. Everette Affiliate provides a moderated directory where visitors can discover community-submitted referral links and codes, submit their own referrals, manage submissions associated with a verified email, and purchase optional visibility for eligible approved referrals.
Referral submissions
Standard submission is free. A submission must use a supported company and an accepted referral link or code format. You are responsible for the accuracy of the link, code, and details you provide and for having permission to share them. Do not submit deceptive, unlawful, harmful, infringing, impersonating, malicious, or privacy-invasive content, or content that violates the provider's referral or affiliate rules.
By submitting a referral, you give Everette Affiliate permission to store, review, format, display, distribute, and moderate the submitted company reference, referral link or code, and details for operating the directory. You retain responsibility for the submission and any relationship or benefit connected with it. Submission limits, duplicate controls, validation rules, and supported companies may be updated to protect the service.
Review and moderation
Every new referral is subject to review. Submission does not guarantee approval, publication, placement, or continued availability. Everette Affiliate may approve, deny, remove, or permanently delete a referral when it is inaccurate, unavailable, duplicative, unsafe, inappropriate, contrary to provider rules, or otherwise unsuitable for the directory. Company suggestions are reviewed but never add a company automatically. Problem reports may be resolved or dismissed after review.
An approved referral owner may edit the referral through My Referrals, but an edit removes it from active display and returns it to pending review. Owners may delete their submissions. Moderation decisions do not determine whether a provider will accept a referral or award a benefit.
Magic links and account access
My Referrals uses a Firebase email magic link. A verified sign-in may claim existing submissions that use the same email address. You are responsible for access to that inbox and for signing out on shared devices. Do not attempt to access, claim, change, or purchase promotion for another person's submission.
A signed-in user may create one public profile with a unique username. V1 usernames are permanent and cannot be changed. Usernames must meet the displayed format rules and must not impersonate another person, mislead visitors, violate these terms, or use a reserved service name. A public profile shows only its username and approved referrals associated with that account; referrals remain subject to the same moderation and availability rules.
Third-party referrals and provider terms
Referral links and codes lead to independent companies and may benefit the person who submitted them. Everette Affiliate does not operate those companies, control their offers, or guarantee that any link or code will work. Bonuses, eligibility, geographic availability, account requirements, reward timing, and program rules can change or differ by user. Confirm all material terms directly with the provider before acting.
A company name, logo, catalog entry, referral listing, or official policy link does not by itself mean that the company sponsors, endorses, or has a partnership with Everette Affiliate or the submitter. Your dealings with a provider or submitter are between you and those parties.
Optional paid placements
Payment is not required to submit a referral. Boosted costs $7.99 for seven days and provides additional visibility on the applicable company page. Featured costs $19.99 for 30 days and provides higher visibility on the company page and eligibility for featured discovery areas. Paid placement affects visibility, not editorial approval, quality, accuracy, endorsement, or provider acceptance.
When Boosted or Featured is selected with a new public submission, Stripe first confirms and saves a payment method. You are not charged unless the referral is approved. If approval occurs, the server attempts the stated one-time charge and activates the placement only after Stripe verifies payment success. A denied referral is not charged. Closing, abandoning, canceling, or failing Checkout does not activate a placement.
For an already approved referral, My Referrals uses immediate Stripe Checkout. A Standard referral may purchase Boosted or Featured. While Boosted is active, another Boost is unavailable, but the owner may purchase Featured at the full $19.99 price with no discount or proration. While Featured is active, Boosted and another Featured purchase are unavailable. Expired placement returns to Standard eligibility. Promotions do not auto-renew.
Placement begins and expires according to the server's verified payment and placement timestamps. Everette Affiliate does not guarantee impressions, clicks, signups, rewards, revenue, or any other result. If a duplicated charge or verified delivery problem occurs, use Report a Problem. Refunds, if any, will be handled according to the circumstances and applicable law.
Affiliate and referral disclosure
Some links or codes may create a benefit for their submitter. Everette Affiliate's implemented compensation is the fee a referral owner pays for optional Boosted or Featured visibility; a Standard listing does not itself create a paid relationship with the listed company. These relationships are explained in the Affiliate Disclosure, which forms part of these terms.
Availability and changes
The site and any listing, account tool, moderation queue, email, or payment feature may be interrupted, changed, limited, or discontinued. We may update supported companies, validation requirements, prices for future purchases, placement availability, or these terms. A change does not extend or alter a placement already purchased unless required to correct an error or comply with law.
Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Everette Affiliate and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant uninterrupted operation, error-free content, the accuracy or continued validity of community submissions, or any third-party product, service, referral program, reward, or outcome. Nothing on the site is financial, legal, tax, investment, or professional advice.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Everette Affiliate will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the site, a referral, a third-party provider, an unavailable feature, or a promotion's performance. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Enforcement, changes, and questions
Access may be restricted and content may be removed when reasonably necessary to enforce these terms, protect users or the service, or comply with law. If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply. Updated terms take effect when posted with a new date above.
