Giveaway Period

The giveaway starts September 29, 2026 at 12:00 AM Pacific Time and ends October 5, 2026 at 11:59 PM Pacific Time.

Eligibility

Eligibility is subject to these Giveaway Terms, the Everette Affiliate Terms, and applicable law. Everette Affiliate may verify a selected winner's compliance before awarding a prize.

No Purchase Necessary

No purchase or payment is necessary to enter or win. A purchase or payment does not increase the chance of winning. Choosing or paying for optional referral placement does not create a giveaway entry or improve an entrant's chances.

How to Enter

Submit a supported referral link or code through Everette Affiliate's normal referral-submission process during the Giveaway Period. A referral must meet the site's existing requirements and be approved through the normal review process to become a giveaway entry.

Entry Limit

Maximum 10 giveaway entries per person across the entire giveaway. Additional normal referral submissions are allowed after that limit, but they do not receive additional giveaway entries. Participants may not use multiple accounts, email addresses, identities, or other methods to bypass the entry limit.

Qualifying Entries

Each qualifying approved referral equals one entry, and each eligible entry receives its own place in the combined random drawing pool. A participant may earn up to 10 eligible entries. More eligible entries give the participant more chances in the random drawing, up to the 10-entry maximum. Entries and eligibility are reviewed manually for giveaway purposes using Everette Affiliate's existing referral qualification and approval standards.

Submission Timing

A referral submitted during the official Giveaway Period may count if it is subsequently approved through Everette Affiliate's normal review process. Eligibility is based on the qualifying referral being submitted before the giveaway deadline, even if administrative review finishes afterward.

Winner Selection

After the giveaway ends and the eligible entry pool is finalized, all eligible giveaway entries are placed into one combined drawing pool. Three distinct winners are selected randomly:

1. The first person selected receives the $15 prize. That person's remaining entries are then removed from the pool.
2. The second person selected from the remaining eligible entries receives the $10 prize. That person's remaining entries are then removed from the pool.
3. The third person selected from the remaining eligible entries receives the $5 prize.

Odds

The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. More eligible entries increase a participant's chance of being selected, up to the 10-entry maximum. An exact numerical probability cannot be stated before the final eligible entry pool is known.

Prizes are sent through PayPal. Prizes may not be transferred or substituted except where reasonably necessary or required by law.

Winner Notification

Winners will be contacted by email using the email address associated with their Everette Affiliate account or qualifying referral submission. Winners must respond within 72 hours of the notification email. Everette Affiliate may verify eligibility before awarding a prize.

Alternate Winners

If a selected winner does not respond within 72 hours, cannot be contacted, declines the prize, or is determined to be ineligible, Everette Affiliate may randomly select an alternate eligible winner from the remaining eligible entries.

Prize Delivery

A winner may be asked to provide the PayPal email address where the prize should be sent. Winners will never be required to pay a fee to receive a prize.

Fraud, Abuse & Disqualification

Everette Affiliate may disqualify fake or falsified referrals, duplicate identities, multiple accounts used to evade limits, bots or automation, manipulated entries, fraudulent submissions, violations of site rules, attempts to interfere with the drawing, or other conduct that reasonably threatens the giveaway's integrity.

Technical Issues

Internet failures, service outages, delayed transmissions, corrupted submissions, system errors, or events outside Everette Affiliate's reasonable control may affect participation. Everette Affiliate may take reasonable, lawful steps to address a materially affected entry or drawing. Nothing in these terms limits obligations that cannot legally be limited or excuses intentional misconduct.

Modification, Suspension or Cancellation

Everette Affiliate may modify, suspend, or cancel the giveaway when fraud, technical problems, legal requirements, or circumstances outside its reasonable control materially affect the promotion, and only to the extent reasonably necessary to address that issue.

Privacy

Information already associated with an entry may be used to administer the giveaway, verify eligibility, contact winners, and deliver prizes, consistent with the existing Privacy Policy. These terms do not create a new data-collection practice.

Taxes

Winners are responsible for any taxes or reporting obligations that may apply to their prize. This statement is general information and is not individualized tax advice.

Third-Party Disclaimer

PayPal does not sponsor, endorse, or administer this giveaway and is not associated with it. Mention or use of any other platform to promote the giveaway does not imply that platform sponsors, endorses, or administers it.

Governing Law / Legal Terms

Nothing in these Giveaway Terms changes rights or remedies available under applicable law. No separate governing-law, venue, arbitration, class-action waiver, or jurisdiction provision is added by these Giveaway Terms.
